Injury & rehabilitation
Recovering from a recent injury and wanting to rebuild strength and movement safely, step by step.
RehabChartered physiotherapy that gets to the root of an injury — and gives you the tools to stay well.
I combine hands-on treatment with targeted movement, drawing on sixteen years of Pilates, barre and myofascial training alongside a full physiotherapy qualification. The aim is simple: help you heal, and stay healed.
Not just to help you heal — but to help you stay healed.
Every session starts by understanding what's actually going on. From there, hands-on assessment and treatment combine with targeted, practical exercises — so you leave with both relief and a clear path forward.

Common reasons people book in — though if you're not sure whether physiotherapy is right for what you're dealing with, just ask.
Recovering from a recent injury and wanting to rebuild strength and movement safely, step by step.
RehabA stubborn back, neck, hip or shoulder that keeps flaring up and never quite settles on its own.
PainPost-operative recovery, working carefully towards mobility, strength and confidence again.
Post-opManaging a sports injury, or building the strength and resilience to keep doing what you love.
ActiveEveryday aches from how you sit, stand and move — assessed and addressed at the source.
MovementPrevention and self-management, so you can stay healed rather than back in a few months' time.
PreventionThere's a long-standing debate in physiotherapy between passive, hands-on treatment and active therapies, where you're empowered to manage things yourself. My answer is to combine whatever suits you best — but more often than not, exercise, goal-setting and self-monitoring sit right at the heart of lasting recovery.
Sixteen years of Pilates, barre and myofascial training sit behind every session. Blending that movement expertise with a full physiotherapy qualification means treatment isn't just about easing today's pain — it's about building a body that's stronger and more resilient for the long run.

Please start with an Initial Assessment. It gives us time to understand your concerns properly and begin treatment. If we agree that ongoing one-to-one sessions suit you, follow-on sessions are at a lower rate.
It begins with a detailed consultation so I can understand what's going on and recommend an approach tailored to you. Unless an onward referral is the right call, your first session also includes a short treatment — that might be exercise prescription or hands-on work.
Both, blended to suit you. Some sessions lean more hands-on, others more towards active exercise — but goal-setting, movement and self-management are usually at the heart of getting you better and keeping you there.
No — you can book directly, no referral needed. If onward referral to another professional is ever the right step, I'll tell you.
They're related but distinct: physiotherapy is clinical assessment and treatment of an injury or condition, while a 1:1 session is personal movement coaching. Not sure which you need? Just get in touch and I'll help you choose.
