Progressive courses · small groups

Movement Courses.

Progressive, small-group courses that build strength, stability and confidence — one focused block at a time.

Unlike the open classes, a course runs as a full series, so we can build technique and progress week on week. The result is strength that feels grounded, balanced and genuinely useful in everyday life.

Progressive · small groups

Strength that feels grounded, balanced and genuinely useful — in training, and in everyday life.

Courses run as a full series. Because each block builds week on week, courses aren't drop-in — they can't be booked with a Flexipass or joined on a one-off basis. Curious whether a course is right for you? Get in touch and you're welcome to try a single session first.

What to expect

Controlled, progressive, built to last.

Each session combines controlled resistance work with mindful form — teaching you how to lift, move and stabilise efficiently. I blend Pilates, sports conditioning and myofascial training into balanced, full-body sessions that build strength without sacrificing mobility.

  • Correct technique first, then gradual, intelligent progression
  • Controlled resistance — light to medium, matched to you
  • Full-body sessions that build strength and keep mobility
  • Sequencing that teaches the body to support itself
  • Small groups, so there's always an eye on your form

Why a course

Progress you can feel, week on week.

Built on progression

Open classes are perfect for turning up whenever it suits you. A course is different: because the same small group moves through a planned arc together, we can layer technique, add load carefully and genuinely build — so you finish stronger than a one-off ever allows.

Three disciplines, one session

Every course draws on Pilates, sports conditioning and myofascial training. That blend is what makes the strength feel balanced rather than bulky — mobile, stable and genuinely useful when you lift, carry, run, or simply get through a busy day.

How to book

Booking a course.

Courses are booked as a complete series through the booking calendar, where you'll find the current courses, their dates, the number of sessions and the price. Because course lengths differ, prices vary from one series to the next — you'll see each one clearly on the calendar.

Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Can I join a course partway through?

Because courses build week on week, we keep each group together from the start, so partway joins usually aren't possible. If a course has already begun, get in touch and I'll let you know when the next one opens.

Can I use a Flexipass or drop in for one class?

Not for courses — they're booked as a full series, so Flexipasses and one-off drop-ins don't apply (those are for the open Pilates & Barre classes). If you'd like to try a single session before committing to a whole course, contact me and we'll sort it.

Do I need any experience?

No — courses are designed to progress from wherever you start, and the early sessions are built for exactly that. Do mention anything relevant, like an injury or health condition, and I'll adapt around it.

How long is a course?

It varies — some run for a few weeks, others longer. Each course on the booking calendar shows its number of sessions and dates, so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, grippy socks or bare feet, and a water bottle. Mats and equipment — weights, bands, rollers and rings — are all provided.

"A great four-week course that supported my half-marathon training — real progression in my hip and core strength."
